Return Policy
At Asami Concept, we want you to love what you receive. We carefully inspect every item before shipping and aim to describe everything as clearly as possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we handle refunds.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return or exchange something.
Just send us an email at info@asami.ch with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
After that, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns if:

The item is unused, without signs of wear, in original condition, and in its original packaging

You include the order number or proof of purchase
What Can’t Be Returned
We’re unable to accept returns on:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll ask for a photo and a short description, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—including return shipping if needed. We enccurage you to take photos of the package condition by delivery,
Refunds
Once we receive your return and check it, we’ll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
