To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts and at least 18 years old.

All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade or vintage nature of many items, variations are to be expected.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

All content, including images, logos, designs, and text, is the property of Asami Concept or Asami Concept has a permision to use these images. Use without permission is not allowed.

We are not liable for any indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our site or products.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Switzerland.

We offer a dedicated section of our website for approved wholesale partners.

• Eligibility: Wholesale access is limited to approved resellers and businesses only. You must apply and be accepted to receive a wholesale login and pricing.

• Login Access: Wholesale customers receive a secure login to access wholesale pricing and order features. This login must not be shared or transferred.

• Minimum Orders: Wholesale orders may be subject to minimum quantity or value requirements. These will be clearly communicated during onboarding.

• Use of Products: Wholesale buyers are authorized to resell Asami Concept products in accordance with our brand guidelines. Rebranding or repackaging without permission is not allowed.

• Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipping.

• Right to Revoke Access: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any wholesale account at our discretion, including in cases of misuse or violation of our policies.
